I know that blogs really aren't people, and that they really, really don't need sympathy, but I kinda feel sorry for my little blog here! Especially when I look and see how long it's been since I have posted anything! Well, I suppose having a baby.... and moving (again!) are two of the best excuses for blog neglect :). So we are officially settled in our new home and it feels great to be here! And after what seems like FAAAAARRR too long, I've been able to "brush" off the ol' paints (pun intended- bahaha) and start some new artwork! I just have to tell you how amazing it feels! I feel like I have about two years worth of pent up creative energy just waiting to be splattered all over any surface that comes my way!
And I never thought I'd be able to paint with a sweet little ten month old running around, but it works out great! He even acts as a consultant when I'm stuck :) and doesn't seem to mind the occasional swipe of paint I find on his cheek!
